Extra Notes:
Before Manga Pro-Wrestling was born, there was WOPW (Way of Pro-Wrestling) in Pixiv. And before Eren and Jean were transformed into pro-wrestlers, there was the green-haired dynamic pro-wrestler character named Raiga Suzuki. These days, WOPW and its offshoot fictional promotion Co-bushi is no longer as active as it used to be. But without WOPW, I may not have considered drawing pro-wrestling illustrations as a feasible idea. As such, I decided to pay tribute to the character that helped pave the way for Manga Pro-Wrestling.

This isn’t the first time I’ve drawn Raiga, though. However, I did feel that the first drawing had some room for improvement. And since I feel that my skills have drastically improved already since then, I felt that it was time for me to give it one more shot. This time, I opted to use his earlier wrestling gear instead of his latest one. Admittedly, a few liberties were taken as far as his clothing is concerned. Still, I’m really pleased with how this came out.

In the future, I do hope that I could draw Raiga in a match. I might even consider drawing his Thunderbolt DDT. Hopefully, his creator would give me permission to do that. But for now, I’m just happy to let Raiga enjoy the limelight one more time.
